A look into my creative world.
My process begins with an idea — often sparked by utility, proportion, or a material’s natural character — which I translate first to paper through disciplined sketching and study. From there, I develop scaled patterns and hand-cut mockups, building initial forms in paper to resolve structure, balance, and function before committing to leather. This analog stage allows me to refine proportions and anticipate construction challenges with precision. Once resolved, I move confidently into material execution, producing a first leather prototype with near-complete accuracy — typically within 98% of its final form. The result is not guesswork, but a deliberate manifestation of concept into object: a repeatable, reliable process that supports thoughtful product development and long-term business growth without sacrificing the language of “hand-made”.
