Toro Canyon Canvas Collection of Homer Montecito.
Toro Canyon was built from the grit and function of the polo field — not the sidelines, but the tack room. Inspired by bridle leather, saddle construction, and the hard-wearing utility of sport equipment, the collection focused on durability, structure, and purpose. Thick vegetable-tanned hides, reinforced stitching, and solid brass hardware were chosen to age with use, not sit on a shelf. The silhouettes were clean and direct — designed like gear, not accessories — with proportions informed by mallets, reins, and travel trunks. Toro Canyon carried the spirit of sport utility: rugged, disciplined, and made to perform.
